      First Select good breathing place and silence without any noise,Then sit in Bathmasanas or normal sitting position then let your both hands down on supporting Leg knee normal meditation Position.take Position your fingers on showing in the Image, your Index finger are folded and insert into your thumbs and your thumbs tip touches other two finger,leave litter finger as relax.Slowly breath 10 times and observe your breath repet this action for 15 mins..Just 15 ins per day practice Madras at morning or evening you can get lot of benefit to your health.
